Overall - beautifully kept place with genuinely helpful staff specially the manager. Comfortable and incredible location very close to bars, easy to get anywhere. Based just next door to the beach, scooter rental, restaurants and coffees as well as moalboal which is the sardine run.

Everything was amazing, had a REAL GOOD stay for 4 nights. The staff was hard-working at this place. We booked well-equipped a double room with clean, comfortable beds and could use wake-up service, available in it. Liked our time at the hotel, thanks.

This hotel is a great find! The value for money is unbeatable, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated right on the coast at Panagsama beach, offering beautiful sea views from the comfortable rooms on the second floor. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities are all there, including a fridge in the room, and the breakfast served at the adjacent restaurant is delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to everything I needed. I loved being very close to the restaurants and shops. Plus, I had the chance to see the sardines area, which was a breathtaking view. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb. The staff was friendly and approachable, and they made me feel very welcomed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of hotel facilities, transportation, and parking.
